Fairly clean hotel in a beautiful building short walk to Saadiyat Beach as well as the beach area. Value for money, good stay in advance of this stay. Outstanding & relaxing rooms with terasse. The pool area is clean too. Amazing, marvellous location, helpful staff.

The lobby was beautiful and spotless. Comfy bedroom, comfy bed. The lighting was nice. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Saadiyat Island district. Booked it for 2 days and had an absolutely outstanding experience.
Facilities were pretty nice, though Wi-Fi was bad.

Fancy hotel was spotless, the location was such fantastic. I liked big size room with a safe, a work desk and a couch bed. Breakfast was very good with a great selection of food. The garden was a big plus.
